A: Since our team works quickly to dispatch your order, please double-check your details before submitting. Unfortunately, once you’ve clicked submit, we won’t be able to make any changes to your order
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We get it, not everything works out perfectly. We want you to be happy with your experience. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. For more information, please visit our return policy page here.
- All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Note that Magick Collective is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@magickcollective.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

A: Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

If you experience any issues such as breakage or tarnishing due to manufacturing defects, we're here to make it right with a quick replacement. Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?
A: Our products do not rust or tarnish, but please note that water and perfume can shorten the life span as they are not solid gold. Storing your jewelry in a dry dark place helps it to last longer, too. Feel free to check out our material and care page for more information.
Q: Can I Return Sale Items?
A: We don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Q: How Long Will Delivery Of My Order Take?
A: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a USPS tracking number and are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you prefer a faster delivery, we also offer USPS Mail Express (1-2 business days, excluding weekend and holidays). Contact us prior to placing your order if you prefer to use USPS Express Mail.
