WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to schedule an exchange/return. Once the exchange/return is authorized, unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned to the address provided.
If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new one at no additional charge. Exchanges and returns are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the return item. Exchange/return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure your exchange/return package for the price of the item, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Due to hygiene purposes earrings can not be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?
At Magick Collective, quality and craftsmanship is our top priority. If you experience the need for repair on any of your Magick Collective pieces, please contact us and include the following information:
- Description of Jewelry Piece
- Repair Needs
- Order Number or Date of Purchase
We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase.
Repairs needed after 30 days of purchase or caused by wear or damage will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repair cost will be provided after inspection of the piece. We will contact you when the repair is ready and invoice you to cover the repair charge (usually in the $50+ range) plus $7.50 for return shipping. This includes refinishing of the jewelry.

Repair shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure your repair package for the price of the item, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Include your Name, Address, Order Number, Phone Number and Reason for Repair along with your piece.

ARE ORDERS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPPING?
Most jewelry pieces and suncatchers are ready to ship. If it is made to order, the production time varies from 10-20 business days, though we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping timeframe for custom orders varies and will be provided with the design quote.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a USPS tracking number and are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The shipping rate starts at $8. If you prefer a faster delivery, we also offer USPS Mail Express (1-2 business days, excluding weekend and holidays). Contact us prior to placing your order if you prefer to use USPS Express Mail.
