Returns & Refunds

Magick Collective jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have not been worn or de-tagged can be within 14 days from the date you've received all your items with the following conditions:

  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused.
  • Outgoing and return/exchange shipping charges are not refunded.
  • We will credit your original method of payment minus the shipping charges. Once your return arrives please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once completed.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to return an item?

  • Please send us an email at info@magickcollective.com requesting for a return or by visiting our returns center to submit a request for return.
  • Return instruction will be provided when you request a return. Please note that our return warehouse is located in United States, and the potential return shipping fee should be under your consideration.

Faulty Items
Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or damaged item please email us at info@magickcollective.com and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the natural variances in the gemstones is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Final Sale
  • Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
